Returns
Return Goods: Centicare return period is 30 days from invoice date.
No merchandise will be accepted for return without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and agreement by Centicare to accept return. If authorized merchandise is returned in new condition, a 15% charge will be made to cover handling and re-stocking. Buyer must cover shipment back to Centicare Corporation in its original packaging materials. Please contact customer service or email your rep for RMA information.
All Custom Centicare Products Are Non-Returnable
Warranty
Period: One year from invoice date.
Warranty: During the one-year period, Centicare Corp. promises to repair or, at our option, replace a Centicare product free of charge if it is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not apply to any costs, repairs, or services for the following:

Repairs necessitated by modification to the original product.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

Any work/repairs made by anyone other than a Centicare Corporation’s authorized service technician will void all warranty.

Anything plastic, including but not limited to bins, wastebaskets, storage containers, inner drawers.
No product will be accepted for return without prior authorization from Centicare Corporation. Please call 952-937-8933 for a Return Goods Authorization Number before returning the product.
Exclusions: This warranty shall not apply to damage resulting from failure to use the product properly, accident, abuse or alteration.
Centicare products shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the sale or use of a Centicare product.
Centicare Corporation’s Stainless-Steel Shower Chair Commode: Centicare offers a lifetime warranty on the stainless-steel commode frame.
No Other Warranties: This limited warranty is the only warranty given by Centicare Corporation and is in lieu of any or all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Centicare Products liability is limited to the repair or replacement described herein to the exclusion of other remedies and of incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives specific legal rights. The customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Warranty Registration: It is the responsibility of the customer to establish the warranty period by verifying the original invoice date.
Used product in patient setting will automatically void 30 day return period as product is considered contaminated and is no longer in salable condition
